Looking for a healthy, antioxidant rich pick me up? Try a delicious Matcha green tea smoothie with banana and avocado.
High in healthy fats and antioxidants this recipe, Inspired by @dr.bridgetcasey recent post on antioxidants, I threw this easy to make shake together this morning:
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 avocado,
- 1 tbl spoon organic matcha green tea powder
- sugar free organic almond milk
Add and mix ingredients in blender (optional: I also added a scoop of vegan pea protein). Mix. Enjoy
