My first blog post testing this whole thing out. First topic is Hydrotherapy one of the oldest and most used Naturopathic medicine modalities. Hydrotherapy or Water therapy is a healing modality most recently perfected in Germany in the 1800s which uses alternating hot and cold water treatments to induce blood and lymph flow, calm the mind and detoxify the body. Various cultures around the world and over time have used water therapy for it's healing potential. You can do some simple hydrotherapy at home every day but ending a warm shower with 30 seconds of cold water at the end. This is a great way to jump start your day and get the blood flowing.
